Premium Canine Education

Training built to

last a lifetime.

Moving beyond temporary compliance to create calm, confident dogs and informed, capable owners.

Our Methodology

The Three Pillars of Success

Stability

We focus on stabilizing the dog's state of mind. A calm dog is a dog that can learn and make good choices.

Confidence

Addressing fear and anxiety through exposure and clear expectations. We build dogs that can navigate the world.

Clarity

Communication is key. We eliminate confusion by providing a clear language between dog and owner.

About the Trainer

“I have over five years of experience training military working dogs in patrol, explosive detection, narcotics detection, and obedience.”

“I graduated top of my class from the U.S. Air Force Military Working Dog Handler and Trainer Course and was awarded the AETC Commander’s Award on both occasions. That background shaped my standards, approach to training and gave birth to the CK9 Standard of Excellence.

Working with military working dogs required mastering obedience and confidently handling high-drive dogs, including those with extreme behavioral challenges. That experience allows me to work effectively with similar temperaments and behaviors when they appear in pets.

The dog training industry has no universal standard or required certification. Because of that, experience matters. My approach is built on real-world training, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. I don’t rely on shortcuts or labels, only on proven methods and measurable results.

Outside of training, I’m a dog owner myself, married, and a father to two young daughters. I understand firsthand how important it is to have a dog that adds stability to the home rather than chaos. A dog that listens when you need it to, not just when it’s convenient. That perspective carries into every program we run, training dogs that fit into real families and real lives.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the training program?

Most programs last between 30 and 45 days. Training is based on the individual dog, not a fixed
timeline, and recommendations are made during the consultation.

Yes. We guarantee our training in two ways.
First, we train to a standard, not a time. Dogs are never rushed through the process. Every dog
must meet the CK9 Standard of Excellence before returning home.
Second, we stand behind our clients through ongoing support. We remain available by call, text,
or FaceTime to help ensure continued success after training.timeline, and recommendations are made during the consultation.

Yes, but all exposure is intentional and controlled. Dogs are never placed in unsafe or
uncontrolled situations. Interactions are planned to support learning, build neutrality, and
proof previously learned behaviors.

What breeds or ages do you work with?

We work with all breeds, all ages, and all temperaments. Suitability is determined on an
individual basis during the consultation.

Private lessons are reserved for existing clients who have completed a training program. This
ensures continuity and shared expectations.

Owners are expected to maintain structure, routines, and follow-through. We provide guidance
and ongoing support to help make that transition successful.
